Bernina 1130 Swiss Sewing Machine

As sometimes happens, Stagecoach Road Vintage Sewing Machine came upon a machine that's much newer than the vintage machines that we usually restore, but way too good to pass up.

This fine Swiss Bernina 1130 sewing machine is in beautiful, almost un-used condition and I'm blown away at the precision and quality of it. It comes with the foot control and cords, the slide on sewing bed, the carry case, a pdf user manual, original slide-in needle threader, and Bernina sewing feet #5-Blind Stitch foot and the #20- Open Toe Embroidery foot. The #1 zigzag foot is on order and will arrive in time to send out with the machine. Unfortunately, the accessory kit had been separated from the machine and could not be found.

This is a precision tool with a metal body, and it's strong, precise, and versitile. It has lots of great features, like automatic buttonholes, scads of decorative and utility stitches built-in, a built-in needle threader, automatic up or down needle home position, free-arm and slide-on sewng bed, and much more.

All of the electronic functions work perfectly and the functions are intuitive and easy to use. It even sets the stitch length and width for the decorative stitches and then gives you the option to to adjust to your preferences.
