Everybody loves a Bernina. And this Bernina came to us in excellent condition, with her case, bed extension, accessory kit, and a full complement of sewing feet, as well as spare needles and bobbins.
Made in Switzerland in the late 1960s or early 1970s, this fine, precision sewing machine has just come off our restoration bench where most of her moving parts were removed and scrubbed in our alcohol bath to remove the old, sticky oil and dirt.
After cleaning and polishing each assembly was tested and adjusted, and then the machine as a whole was tested to be sure shes running and sewing like a new machine.
Her case is sturdy and in good condition, and though one of the lock buttons is missing, the latch still closes.
Joanna Darke was the detailer on this machine. She's meticulously cleaned and polished the exterior to leave her looking like new again, too.
Make this fine, high quality sewing machine your sewing companion. She'll sew for you for the rest of your life.
Sorry, she's SOLD!
